Carrier Guide Idler Set KCG

An idler to be affixed to the sides of the carrier to prevent meandering. As the belt makes contact with the guide idlers on each end while the conveyor belt is in use, it serves the purpose of pushing the meandering belt back to the center. The troughing angle can be selected from 20°, 30° or 45°.

The type of the idler is stand-type. As with the impact carrier idler, any impact is softened by the grooved-type rubber idler, preventing damage to the belt and stand.
