HISTORY
| 1946 | The late founder Masao Maki established the Maki Works in Atsuta Ward, Nagoya City. The company subcontracts agricultural generators and spinning parts. |

| 1967 | Established the Jushiyama Factory (currently Yatomi Factory) in Jushiyama Village (currently Yatomi City), Kaifu District, Aichi Prefecture. |
| 1971 | Started manufacturing roller conveyors. |
| 1974 | The second sales section became independent and established Maki Shoji Co., Ltd. Shinichi Maki was appointed as the representative director. |
| 1982 | Head office building completed in Atsuta Ward, Nagoya City. |
| 1987 | At Maki Industries, the late Masao Maki was appointed Chairman of the Board and Shinichi Maki was appointed as Representative Director. |
| 1988 | Maki Shoji Co., Ltd. changed its name to Makitec Corporation. |
| 1990 | Completed the Mie Factory in Komono-cho, Mie-gun, Mie Prefecture. |
| 1998 | Maki Giken Co., Ltd. was established in Taiwan. |
| 1998 | Kyushu Factory established in Tagawa City, Fukuoka Prefecture. |
| 1999 | Wuxi Mamuyangqiu Transport Equipment Co., Ltd. was established as a logistics equipment manufacturing factory in Jiangsu Province, People’s Republic of China. |
| 2002 | Wuxi Maki Logistics Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in Jiangsu Province, People’s Republic of China, to manufacture and sell conveyors and logistics equipment. |
| 2003 | Ningbo Maki Saili Transport Machinery Co., Ltd. was established as a distribution logistics product factory in Zhejiang Province, People’s Republic of China. |
| 2003 | Makicontec Co., Ltd. (wheel conveyor manufacturer), McIlojitec Co., Ltd. (Plant System), and Mkitec Nagoya Co., Ltd. (managed by Maki Group) merged into Makitech Corporation. |
| 2007 | Danyang Zhenhui Kangfu Equipment Co., Ltd. was established as a nursing care product factory in Jiangsu Province, People’s Republic of China. |
| 2008 | Started sales of ASP (mobile shelf) and bicycle parking machines. |

| 2012 | Shinichi Maki was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Hiroyuki Ohno was appointed as President and Representative Director. |

| 2017 | Makitech Tarui Factory opened in Gifu Prefecture. |
| 2018 | Plating Division established. |
| 2019 | Established MAKIKOMU Co., Ltd., which designs, constructs, and leases apartment buildings. |
| 2020 | Makitech Kumamoto Factory opened. |
| 2020 | Established PT. Makitech Sistem Indonesia, manufacturer of material handling products and system integration. ★ |
| 2022 | Maxancom Co., Ltd., which was engaged in the solar power sales business, was absorbed into MAKIKOMU Corporation. |
| 2022 | Nissin Co., Ltd., which designs and manufactures industrial robots and labor-saving and automated equipment, became a subsidiary. |
| 2023 | Kinsan Steel Co., Ltd. made Kawagure Co., Ltd. a subsidiary. The trade name is Kawagure. |
